Andrew was Director of Music (latterly combined with Curriculum Co-ordinator) at Pitsford School from 2000 until his retirement from teaching in 2013. He then worked as a regional manager for the Royal School of Church Music, working with voluntary teams in the south of England. He was Director of Music at a church in Northampton until 2020 and now freelances as an organist. He has served as a governor at Pitsford School since 2014 and oversees safeguarding and health and safety.
