Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are looking to recruit a new HLTA to join our vibrant and growing Junior school staff from September 2020. Under the overall direction of the Headmaster, but line-managed by the Head of the Junior School, the post holder’s responsibilities will include:

 Leading small groups of pupils or whole classes

 Reporting on the progress made by pupils

 Attending staff meetings and contributing to the development of the school

 Preparing and developing resources for learning activities

Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our growing Junior School in September 2020. Under the overall direction of the Headmaster, but line-managed by the Head of the Junior School, the post holder’s responsibilities will include:
  • To assist the class teacher in providing access to learning for all children. You will work under the direction of the class teacher to work with the whole class, small groups or individual children.
  • The post holder will be responsible for supporting children’s learning in areas, both indoors and outdoors.
