Pitsford School joins World’s Biggest Coffee Morning
Pitsford School staff, pupils and parents all joined together on Friday 25 September as part of the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support raising a total of £330.00.
The School has a strong reputation for supporting Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning and the event was publicised by Sixth Formers in a special assembly earlier in the week.
“Organising and taking part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is something of a Sixth Form tradition at Pitsford School and I wanted to do all I could to make this year’s event a success,” said Sudha Pathak, Head Girl.
Isaac Hamlyn, Pitsford School’s Head Boy commented: “Macmillan Cancer Support is such a worthwhile cause. Cancer is something which will affect most people in their lifetime, either directly or indirectly.
“Macmillan does such a tremendous job and by supporting the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, Pitsford School’s community really can make a difference.”
