At Pitsford School we believe that good communication is paramount.
In the Junior School, parents are sent two pupil Reviews and one full Report every year, in addition to the Parents' Evenings which are held bi-annually.
In the Senior School, parents receive a Report Card every six weeks, an annual full Report and at least one Parents' Evening per year - depending on the year of the child. Senior School parents also have access to eMarkBook, which enables parents to log on at any time and see their child's homework grades and progress over the current school year.
Information Evenings are held for parents of Year 6, Year 9 and Year 11 pupils to pass on important information about the academic changes that will affect the children in the year ahead. In addition, Information Evenings are held before and after residential trips.
Parents are welcome to contact subject and form teachers whenever they feel this is necessary either by telephone (01604 880306) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by written letter.
The Pitsford Post is the School's online newletter and this is emailed to all parents every fortnight. It contains details of some of the events which have taken place in School over the last fornight, the menu for the fornight ahead and also a diary of the events to come in the next fortnight.
The Pitsfordian is our termly printed newsletter. All parents receive a copy of this and it is also sent out to prospective parents alongwith the prospectus.
Pitsford School appreicates that we are here to offer your child a first class education and so we send out Parents and Pupil Surveys on a regular basis to ensure that we are meeting your expectations.
